Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

commissioned & made-to-order items

Because each painting and print is created with individual attention, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your order arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact me right away so I can make it right.

refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) within 5–7 business days.

restocking fee

A small 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not damaged or defective.

shipping rates

Standard ground shipping is a flat rate of $12. If you’d like your order sooner, expedited shipping is available and will be calculated based on current carrier rates.
